Refund Policy

MoneyPress is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment ($100, your first membership month), starting from the date of purchase.

The window, and the one condition

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a full refund of your first payment, provided you've started five or fewer desk sessions. That is the whole condition, and it is stated here and on the sales page rather than in fine print: five sessions is working room for two complete articles, enough to decide. Past five sessions the desk has done real work at real cost, and the month is yours. This is a refund guarantee only: it says nothing about what you will earn from using MoneyPress. It exists so the financial risk of trying the product sits with us, not with you.

The monthly membership

The $100/month membership runs until you cancel. To cancel, use your PayPal account (under automatic payments), or simply email support@moneypress.cc. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund months already billed. Cancelling never takes away your account, and Part I of the Manual stays readable; desk sessions and Part II pause until you're back. A refund under the guarantee above is different: it returns your full first payment, cancels the membership, and closes the account.

Conditions

• The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Five or fewer desk sessions started on the license at the time of the request.
• One refund per customer, per purchase.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

EU and UK consumers

If you purchase as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The desk is an online service that begins at your request when you start using it; where you withdraw after service has begun, a proportional charge for the service already used may apply under those rules. In practice we simply apply the guarantee above to everyone, because 30 days and five sessions is the more generous standard. Nothing in this policy limits any right that your local law does not allow to be limited.

How to claim a refund

Email support@moneypress.cc from the address you used to purchase, with your order confirmation. We will respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds are processed by PayPal back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
