Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoneyPress (the "Site") and the MoneyPress product ("Product"), operated by MoneyPress. By purchasing or using the Product, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The product

MoneyPress is an online service, accessed through your account on this site with the license key issued at purchase. Nothing is downloaded or installed. It is sold as a single $100/month membership with no entry fee; your first payment is simply the first month, and the membership renews automatically at $100/month until you cancel it. The membership includes the desk, the written Manual, and updates and support while active. A new working session becomes available each calendar day, in your local time as observed at sign-in; sessions do not accumulate, and a brief minimum interval between session starts applies. Each session carries a working allowance, measured in model tokens and shown as a meter in the desk, sized to cover a complete article from research brief to finished draft. Part I of the Manual (operating the desk) is readable on trial and member licenses alike; Part II (the publishing method) requires an active membership. No physical goods are shipped.

Some purchases are arranged directly rather than through the standard checkout. Those memberships do not renew automatically: each $100 monthly payment extends the desk by one month, and if a month is not paid the desk pauses while your account remains accessible.

The free trial (withdrawn)

The free trial is closed as of 8 August 2026. No new trials are issued. A trial already activated before that date keeps its one desk working session and Part I of the Manual until that session is used, exactly as originally offered; the trial carries no payment obligation and nothing about it converts to a paid membership on its own. Trial use remains governed by these Terms, including the License and No professional advice sections.

Cancellation

You can cancel the membership at any time: from your PayPal account (under automatic payments), or by emailing support@moneypress.cc. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-billed months are not refunded except as provided in the Refund Policy. After cancellation, desk sessions, Part II of the Manual, and updates stop at the end of the paid period; your account and Part I of the Manual remain accessible.

License

Purchasing MoneyPress grants you a personal, non-transferable license: one account, one author. Do not share your license key. The research briefs and article drafts the desk produces for you are yours to edit and publish under your own name. The Manual and the service itself may not be resold, redistributed, or republished as a product.

MoneyPress and any content it helps you produce are educational and informational only. Nothing provided by MoneyPress, or published using it, constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Earnings Disclaimer for more.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

The Product and Site are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product or Site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
